All checkpoints can be found on the **Team Management App** on your team’s profile. The person who registered your team will need to fill these in.

It is mandatory for your team to fill in ALL the checkpoints.

When will the checkpoints unlock?

There are three mandatory checkpoints:

• The first checkpoint will unlock on March 1, 2024 9:00 PM (GMT+11).

  This checkpoint is particularly important and must be done by March 1, 2024 9:00 PM (GMT+11). This will be used to determine if your team is participating or not. Please ensure that this is filled in on time.

• The second checkpoint will unlock on March 2, 2024 3:00 PM (GMT+11).

• The third checkpoint will unlock on March 2, 2024 9:00 PM (GMT+11).

Where can I find the checkpoints?

Go to your Team’s profile on the Team Management app. You should see a Checkpoints section (see below image).

Click on one of the checkpoints and you will be asked a series of questions. These will slightly be different depending on the checkpoint:

The First Checkpoint

1. How is your team feeling?
2. What is your team building?
3. What is your team’s progress?
4. What help do you need?
5. Does your team want to have an extended mentor session on Saturday? These will be held on Saturday morning, as per the schedule on our website.

All Other Checkpoints

1. How is your team feeling?
2. Has your team pivoted? If yes, please describe it here!
3. What is your team’s progress?
4. What help do you need?

Click Save and you should see a green ribbon in the bottom-right corner of your screen confirming that you have saved your response.

If you missed this and would like to check, or want to change your response BEFORE the checkpoint’s due time, navigate to your team’s profile and click on the checkpoint. Your responses should display if you saved successfully.
