All teams must be registered on the Team Management app.

We will use this as the main source of truth of who is competing, and who is in your team. So please ensure that it is kept up-to-date.

You will also be using this to fill in checkpoints during the event.

Guides

Creating a team

  1. One person in the team should log into the team management app and click on the Teams option in the left-hand-side main menu.

  2. Enter your Team Name and make sure that the event is set to UNIHACK 2024 (should be the default)

  3. After clicking Save, you will receive a notification that a thread has been created automatically for your team on Discord, and you will be redirected to your Team’s Profile page.

Adding team members

There will be a “Members” section on the page. You should see that you have at least one member — yourself.

To add a new member:

  1. Make sure that your team members have registered on the team management app.
  2. Click on the Add Member button.
  3. Under the Email text box, use the person’s email address. Make sure the email address is the same one that they used to register on the Team Management App. Then, click “Add Person”.

Changing Team Details After Creation

  1. In your team’s profile, click the Edit Team button.
