Submitting your project

Untitled

What constitutes as my pitch?

Your "pitch" to the judges consists of two parts:

  1. Your Devpost project submission; and
  2. A three-minute video that must contain a demonstration of your project in action.

You must submit this to our Devpost event page by March 15, 2026 5:30 PM (GMT+11) , otherwise it may not be counted.

Your video must be accessible during the Judging Period (March 15, 2026 → March 20, 2026). We strongly recommend keeping it up after the end of judging so many more people can view your submissions after the event.

If your video is longer than the maximum allocated time, then the judges will be instructed to stop watching your video after the first three minutes.

Category Prizes

All our category prizes (e.g. Best Design, Most Creative Idea) and sponsored prizes are listed as part of the Sponsor/Special Prizes (DevPost’s wording, not ours).

This field is not a mandatory field, so ensure you carefully fill in the Additional info section and choose the prizes you wish to opt-in.

You can still make modifications to this section up until when submissions close. We will not be modifying entries to add them into prizes once submissions close.
